Bacchus
Inspired by the hedgerows and rolling countryside beneath the Malvern Hills, our Bacchus is fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced. Aromas of elderflower, peardrop and delicate floral notes lead into crisp flavours of orchard apple, ripe pear and a hint of lemon. Dry and refreshing with bright acidity, it is a wonderfully expressive English white wine that reflects both the landscape and the season from which it came.
Chase Blush
A beautifully balanced dry English rosé, bursting with the freshness of an English summer. Delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry and soft floral blossom lead into crisp flavours of orchard apple, ripe strawberry and a gentle hint of blueberry. Refreshing acidity and a smooth, elegant finish are complemented by subtle notes reminiscent of wild flower fields and country clover.
Red Fox
A beautifully balanced English red with warmth, depth and character. Rich aromas of gentle spice lead into flavours of redcurrant, savoury herbs, oak and a lingering hint of smoke. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and a long, satisfying finish, it evokes the wild English hedgerows and ancient woodland that surround Chase End Vineyard.
Chase End Classic Cuvee
Crafted using the traditional method of secondary fermentation, Classic Cuvée is a beautifully elegant English sparkling wine with the freshness of an English spring. Delicate aromas of orchard apple, gooseberry and lemon blossom lead into crisp flavours of fresh apple, gentle floral notes, subtle herbs and a hint of vanilla. Dry, refined and beautifully balanced, it is equally at home as an aperitif or celebrating life's special moments.
